Q:What is the difference between "Shop Digitals" and "Shop Zazzle" on your
navigation menu?
A:The "Shop Digitals" button/link keeps you on the I Love Digis website
at ilovedigis.com to shop our downloadable digital files only. We do not sell physical products on the
ilovedigis.com website directly.
For physical items featuring our art, you will choose the 'Shop Zazzle' button/link. This link will take you
off of the ilovedigis.com webiste and over to the Zazzle website where we have a stationery and gift shop
at the following url: www.zazzle.com/stores/ilovedigis
There are many artists/designers that also have small shops at Zazzle.com. While browsing through our
individual products at our Zazzle shop, you may see other products advertised above or below our
individual product listings where it says "Other designs you might like". When clicking on these advertised
items, you may be taken out of our shop and to another artists product or shop or to the Zazzle
marketplace where all the artists/designers have their products listed together.
Q:Do you sell printed papers and embellishments?
A: Not at our ilovedigis.com
website. The products sold at the ilovedigis.com webiste are strictly digital products that you print on your
own inkjet printer or through a professional printing service. However, we do offer some printed paper
products that may be used for crafts at our Zazzle shop at www.zazzle.com/stores/ilovedigis. Please look through our DIY Fabrics & Crafts category at that shop.
Q: May I use I Love Digis products
for digital scrapbooking layouts and other digital projects I put together on my computer and post on
social networking sites such as Facebook, Flickr or a blog?
A: Yes. They may be used for either digitally
created layouts and/or traditionally created layouts made by hand. But the digital files themselves may not
be shared or sold.
Q: Do I need to make an account
with your store to make a purchase?
A: Yes, you do. Because we sell digital items, you need to have an
account where your downloadable purchases will be delivered and stored. If for any reason you need a
copy of your download in the future, you may log in at any time to do so.
Q: What forms of payment do you take at ilovedigis.com?
A: We use PayPal
for all of our transactions. PayPal takes major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express as well as Bill Me Later and PayPal funds if you have a personal account with them.
If
you're making a purchase at our Zazzle shop, please check Zazzle's payment methods as they control
those and not us.
Q: Do I need to have a PayPal
account to purchase digital downloads from your ilovedigis.com store?
A: No, you do not. Paypal takes credit card
payments without having to sign up for an account with their service.
Q: Will my credit card information be secure during my
purchase?
A:
Yes, Paypal uses SSL secure socket layer which encrypts sensitive payment information during your
purchase. Please refer to their literature to find out specifics from the Paypal website.
Q: Do you store my credit card information on your server?
A: No, we do not.
We do not receive your credit card information, because Paypal handles the transactions made at
ilovedigis.com. If you choose to sign up with Paypal as a member, they do provide the service to save
your credit card information on their secure servers if you wish. It is your choice, but it is not required.
Q: Will you share my email address with other
businesses?
A: All our products are
digital, and you should be taken to the download page at the time of purchase. You will receive an email
with a link to download your product, as well.
Q: I placed an order and didn't receive my download link, what
should I do?
A: Please contact us at support@ilovedigis.com with your order details,
and we will check on it to help resolve the issue.
Q: Can
I cancel my order?
A: No. Once you have placed your order with our store, it is processed
instantly. There is no way you can cancel the order.
Q:
Can I get a refund on my purchase?
A: We don't offer refunds on our digital products. However, if for some
reason you are having a problem with the download(s) please contact us at support@ilovedigis.com and
we will do what we can to see you receive the files you purchased. We care about our customers and want
you to have a positive buying experience.
Q: How do I
download my digital product?
A: After purchase, you should be taken directly to the download page
in your account at I Love Digis. Click on the download button. Then click to save the file(s) to your
computer's hard drive. If you purchased more than one item, you may download them one at a time.
Also, you will receive an email with a link to your download. If, for some reason, there is a
technical problem and you aren't taken to the download page immediately after purchase, you may use the
link in your email to get to your download.
Q: Do my
downloads ever expire?
A: No, they do not. At any time you may log into your account at I
Love Digis to view your downloads and download them again if needed.
Q: I downloaded my file six times, and now I can't get to my
download anymore. How come?
A: While the files you purchased don't expire, you are only allowed to
download each file six times. This is a protection we've set to secure the files. Please keep in mind, the
licensing agreement allows for use on one computer only. If you've used up your alotted downloads due
to a technical problem and need to download a file again, please contact
us at support@ilovedigis.com and we will reset your downloads.
Q: May I use your products to make and sell scrapbooking papers,
embellishments and/or kits?
A: No, you may not. You may create and sell finished, physical art
pieces and finished, physical scrapbooking projects that are hand crafted, original works of art. However,
the license agreement does not allow for the sale of kits or individual items for crafting purposes in either
small or large quantities. Please see our license agreement for full details.
Q: May I share the digital files with my friends?
A: No, you may not.
The license agreement for I Love Digis products provides for the use on one computer. You may not sell
or share the digital files with anyone. Gift certificates are available if you would like to pay for your friends
to receive the digital files.
Q: May I use your digital
products to create artwork that I plan to license to a manufacturer?
A: No, you may not. I Love Digis retains the
right to license our designs to manufacturers.
Q: May I
use your designs as decoration on my personal or business stationery?
A: Yes, you may, as long as it will not be used
as a company logo. To license our art for a logo or as a corporate identity, you must contact
us directly to negotiate terms of use.
Q: May I use I Love
Digis designs on my website and/or blog as a background or decoration?
A: Yes, you may, but not as a logo or
corporate identity. To license our art for a logo or as a corporate identity, you must contact
us directly to negotiate a separate agreement.
Q: What papers do you recommend for printing?
A: If you are printing
papers for hand crafting, and there are no photos on the page, we recommend Hammermill brand inkjet
and copy papers that you can find at your local office supply store. They usually come in quantities of 500
sheets per ream. They are acid free and affordably priced. If you intend to print photos, we recommend
high quality paper formulated for high resolution printing that is compatible with your inkjet printer. Or,
you may use a printing service to have your digital layouts professionally printed.
Q: How do I know the prints will look good from my own inkjet
printer?
A:
Color and quality varies between inkjet printers and papers. We have worked carefully to choose color
palettes that will print well with vibrant colors pleasing to the eye and have test printed the items ourselves
to assure this.

team?
