I LOVE DIGIS LICENSE AGREEMENT

Personal License
This License allows the following:
  • You may print, copy and alter the designs for home use in hobby and crafting projects.
  • You may sell one of a kind, physical art pieces and 3 dimensional pieces made from the designs, as long as they are not do-it-yourself kits. Be sure to include Design © I Love Digis on the item for sale.
  • You may sell one of a kind, physical hand-made greeting cards made from the designs, but each one must be a unique design and not manufactured in quantity or in assembly line. Be sure to include Design © I Love Digis on the item for sale.
  • You may show photos of projects you've made from the designs on the internet, but please include Design © I Love Digis.
  • You may show your projects made with the designs in public and private Youtube videos. Please include a link to www.ilovedigis.com when you show the designs.
  • You may print the designs on clothing for your own personal use or to give as a gift, but they may not be sold.
  • You may purchase gift certificates if you wish to share the digital files. Free sharing of the digital files is not allowed.
  • You may copy the digital files on CD or DVD for your own personal backup use, but not for selling or sharing the files. The files will be available on your I Love Digis account to download again if you ever lose the files.
  • You may give physical, finished art pieces and finished projects to friends as gifts, but not paper crafting kits or individual items for use in paper crafting. If you wish to share the images, please give I Love Digis gift certificates.

    • This License does NOT allow the following:

  • You may not use the designs to manufacture and sell any physical product or products in quantities greater than 25.
  • You may not sell the digital images or altered digital images on CD, DVD, digital download or any other method of digital storage and retrieval.
  • You may not use the designs in a company logo or part of a corporate identity
  • You may not print out a design and sell it as part of a kit.
  • You may not sell the rights to the digital images or altered digital images or license them to any manufacturer for use on any product in any country.
  • You may not alter the designs and license them to a manufacturer for use on any product.
  • You may not print the designs on clothing and sell them.
  • You may not sell the digital images or altered digital images on CD or as digital downloads.
  • You may not add the designs to any physical or digital database or catalog for resale.
  • You may not use the designs for any kind of print on demand service for any product.
  • You may not share the digital files with family, friends, or business partners.
  • You may not use the designs to make and sell embroidery patterns.

    NOTE TO MANUFACTURERS
    The license does NOT apply to manufacturers. You must contact I LOVE DIGIS directly to negotiate a license to manufacture products using I LOVE DIGIS designs and/or digital products.
